WAVE 1 - SPONSORS
Sponsors select booth locations as their sponsorships are confirmed.
WAVE 2 - FOUNDING EXHIBITORS
October 20 - November 24, 2023Founding exhibitor applications submitted and booth location selection process.
Organizations that have exhibited at the BCWWA Annual Conference & Trade Show for 9 out of 10 years between 2012 - 2023 (excluding 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic) are considered "Founding Exhibitors."

WAVE 3 - NEW AND RETURNING EXHIBITORS
The expression of interest for a trade show booth space is now closed.
December 2023 - January 2024
You will be notified in December 2023 or January 2024 if your organization has a confirmed booth space or is on the waiting list. Confirmed organizations will be ranked in lottery order and contacted in that order for their floorplan selection.
